HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST?

Several countries are enabled in our checkout process, but if your country is not listed in the drop down menus on the billing address page, please email us at info@thriveswimwear.com with your address and we'll send you a quote for shipping our product to you, wherever you are. We offer a flat rate of $20 USD for international shipments and they are sent via USPS in about 7-10 business days.

We typically send our packages via the US Postal Service. When shipping internationally, they transfer the package to the recipient country's postal service to be processed through customs. The customs process varies widely from country to country and we are unable to track the package during this time.

Your gorgeous Thrive order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You can contact your local customs office for further information. Although your privacy is important to us, please be advised that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

 

RETURN POLICY

Final sale items are nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and nonrefundable.

While we hope that you’ll never want to part with your THRIVE swim pieces, we know that sometimes things don’t run so smoothly, that’s why we accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item/s must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including the hygiene seal.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Simply email info@thriveswimwear.com and we will send you a return label with all the details you need!

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND TIMING

Please allow us 48 hours to allow us to process your return.

If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you with a new tracking number once your exchange is received at our warehouse.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay and email you once complete.
