WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of different shipping options throughout the US to suit your needs including priority overnight (for that last-minute vacation shop!) expedited and ground rate. All our shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST?
Several countries are enabled in our checkout process, but if your country is not listed in the drop down menus on the billing address page, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and we'll send you a quote for shipping our product to you, wherever you are. We offer a flat rate of $20 USD for international shipments and they are sent via USPS in 7-10 business days. We also offer priority International shipments for when you just can't wait for your THRIVE to arrive!
Unless selected otherwise, we typically send our packages via the US Postal Service. When shipping internationally, they transfer the package to the recipient country's postal service to be processed through customs. The customs process varies widely from country to country and we are unable to track the package during this time.
*NOTE* Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You can contact your local customs office for further information. Although your privacy is important to us, please be advised that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
While we hope that you’ll never want to part with your THRIVE pieces, we know that sometimes things don’t run so smoothly, that’s why we offer FREE exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!
We will refund or exchange your item(s) within the first 30 days of purchase.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- The item/s must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including the hygiene seal.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any items which do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds are issued minus the initial shipping cost.
All Final clearance items are nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and nonrefundable
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email email@example.com using the email address used for your order and we will send you a return label with all the details you need!
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND /EXCHANGE TAKE?
We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible. Once your return/exchange has been received please allow us up to 7 days to process your return.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you with a new tracking number once your exchange is received and processed at our warehouse.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay and email you once complete.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
While we hope this never happens, if you do received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
